After completing your payment, you will receive a “Journey Acknowledgment” email confirming the details of your booking. Please carefully review this email to ensure all information is correct. Lux Airport Transfers is not liable for any errors in booking details provided by you.
Once your journey has been assigned to a driver, you will receive a “Journey Details” email. This will include the driver’s contact information and pickup instructions. It is your responsibility to have these details available on the day of travel. Refunds will not be provided if these details are not taken with you.

We strongly advise passengers to secure comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected disruptions.
For airport pickups, a complimentary waiting period of 1 hour is provided from the actual flight landing time. Beyond this, a waiting fee of £20/hour pro rata will apply.
If you request a deferred collection time (e.g., 30 minutes after landing), the waiting period will start from your specified time. No additional waiting time is provided in such cases, and the driver will arrive as scheduled.
For non-airport pickups, waiting time charges apply from the scheduled collection time or during any en-route stop at £20/hour pro rata.
It is your responsibility to book a vehicle suitable for your group size and luggage requirements. If the chosen vehicle is unsuitable for your needs, additional charges may apply, or the service may not be provided.
All luggage must be securely stored in the vehicle’s boot as per transport regulations. Please consider this when booking.
Pets are only allowed if agreed upon during booking. They must be transported in secure crates or carriers. Lux Airport Transfers reserves the right to refuse transportation of animals not pre-arranged.
The driver will choose the best route based on traffic and road conditions. Alternative route requests may be accommodated at the driver’s discretion, but additional charges may apply if the journey time or distance increases significantly.
All payments are securely processed via Stripe, ensuring advanced security protocols. Lux Airport Transfers does not store card details directly.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method. Additional fees may apply for cancellations (see the Cancellation Policy below).
Cancellations are accepted if at least 24 hours’ notice is given. A £7 or 10% fee (whichever is higher) will be charged per journey as an administration fee.

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the journey by replying to your confirmation email. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Passengers are responsible for any costs incurred to repair or clean the vehicle if damage exceeds normal wear and tear.
Lux Airport Transfers maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment of drivers or staff. We reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.
